Hello Ray,

Yes, there are people who make a living via Adsense and blogs. It takes a lot more than a couple of blogs however. There are people who have 50 or 100 blogs and know who to drive traffic to them. On the other hand, there are some very popular blogs that get tons of traffic on only one blog and do very well with Adsense. It really comes down to having loads of traffic and giving visitors what they are seeking.

For a blog like yours, I would suggest you go to Clickbank and become an affiliate. They have quite a few products that would be relevant to your content. I looked at a couple of your articles and I know Clickbank has products for quitting smoking and dating related products. The commission range on those products is generally 60-70% so there is a fair amont of money to be made. I also need to tell you that it doesn’t happen overnight. You need to really work hard at it and exercise patience but it can be rewarding.

Hi Bob, nice site you have. I recently read some advice on making a (fortune) blogging and it involves having multiple blogs. Made sense, so I started a second. But the fact remains that without new and targeted traffic, I can write content until the cows come home and not make a dime. I had google adsense installed and they yanked it after two weeks citing “irregularities” in my page clicks compared to my page impressions. In your opinion, would an outside vendor, say the size of HOME DEPOT be interested in placing adds on a blogsite that has great content in relationship to it’s products but has small to moderate traffic? How would you recommend finding vendors to advertise on a blog? Ray.
