Hello DiTesco,

We are certainly on the same page here. If you want to realize any success as an affiliate marketer, you must diversify and utilize as many methods as possible. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Affiliate marketing requires lots of hard work, testing and research. It takes time to find the methods that work best for each individual.

As for your question about forums and message boards, I do feel they can be useful in your overall marketing arsenal. Again, you do need to research the forums and find ones that are reputable and related to your particular niche. Like you said, there are many of them that attract spammers but there are also some decent forums out there. I personally frequent the Warrior Forum (http://www.warriorforum.com). There are some excellent marketers there and you can find nearly everything related to internet marketing.

Hi Robert. To answer your question, one of the most effective methods I have been using is "diversity". I keep doing experiments and do different variations to see which ones will work best for me. That said, it is basically lots of hours work, proper research and a hell of a lot of patience, lol. Without those, and as you said, you are not tailored for affiliate marketing.

BTW, I meant to ask you. Do you really think that forums and MBs can really help. I know that submitting articles to ezine, for example, works wonders, but I am not so sure about forums. The problem sometimes with forums is that it is considered as link farms and a haven for spammers. Maybe I do not know which forums are recommended and which ones are not. Any ideas?
